Which meters are accurate enough for measuring xyY of primaries and secondaries? I have a i1 display LT which obviously is not but which meters are? Calman Enhanced Spyder 3? C5? i1 Pro? even higher?

Under $1000 - an i1 Pro and a ColorMunki Photo/Design spectrometers, I think.
But budget spectroradiometers (i1 Pro and ColorMunki) can suffer from drift and low luminance noise issues that can cause problems - specifically when measuring and calibrating near black.
