Saw a demo today at work of one of the latest 3d TV's. This was an LG 47LH50-3D.

Very impressive. The source material was custom made for the demo and was being fed in from a USB drive. The demo material was all CGI stuff so not sure how it would look with "real" 3d content. Not sure what refresh rate the source material was rendered at but the motion appeared better than 24hz bluray, very smooth with no visible flicker.
