Dead "pixel"

Yeah...There I am, watching an episode of somthing-or-other and suddenly I discover
a stuck pixel in the upper left corner of the screen. Bah, the graphics-card must be going bad.
So I mess around with the computer a bit without finding nothing wrong. Then i look at the internal
test-pattern on the projector and yup; the stuck "pixel" is still there. But of course thats completely impossible.
but...the mark is clearly bigger than a pixel...and it is green.
Take of the lens and examine the red tube. Looks fine.

So..yeah..there is a speck of dust on the backside of the lens...

Thats one productive half hour im never getting back.. :\

Doh!

I need to clean my lenses too. I bet you're glad that's all it was, even if it caused some panic.
