Nobody said you have to give anything up. You can do anything you want in your house, and it makes you no more a moron than anybody else for choosing to do something they want to do in their home... Which was my point.

I'm expecting Hollywood to press the current administration to socialize movie watching and force people to go to public theaters and prohibit home theaters. Very Happy

Were you aware that 20% of Americans have NO MOVIE INSURANCE AT ALL? That's right - the most vulnerable among us could, at any time, be incapable of affording vital, urgent movie care. Is it fair to penalize the poor when temperatures hit 90 and the kids want to see a CG flick featuring small mammals making pop culture references? They have nowhere to turn. Some of them may even lose their homes, even if they are insured, when their insurer turns them down for the latest blockbuster, even in spite of excellent reviews. Why should you have to be rich to be entertained?

It's about damn time we started hiri--- ...mobilizing irate citizens to yell loudly and incoherently at congressmen about this important issue.

Come on - everyone knows that's just for grandmas and sick puppies. I did run it by them when I was at the People's Government Socialist Rationing Socialist Socialism Social, though.

Wasn't California trying to do that with power requirements for displays a while back? Wink
