Problem:
Can't achieve consistant HDMI lock with IFB-HD in G70 projector, RGBHV input A works fine every time but when I swtich to IFB-HD input B I get "Input-B No Input".
Story so far:
I have one of Moome's 1st generation internally HDMI cards (IFB-HD V1.332) I have had it for quite some time but only just recently got the time to install. Previous set up was HTPC RGBHV input A on G70.

This is my new setup:
Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-Ray (HDMI out) >
LUMAGEN Vision Pro HDP Scaler >(DVI-D in) (DVI-D out) >
Sony G70 IFB-HD >(HDMI in)
All cables are highest quality Gold Belkin DVI-D to HDMI

IFB-HD will not lock/link consistently to an input HDMI signal. It will sometimes work after many attempts of switching between input A & input B, turning projector on & off and depending on which direction the wind is blowing it will lock to a signal. When it eventually locks to a signal it appears very reliable.
I have also noticed once I have the signal locked and I turn projector or Lumagen off and on it will lock ok, but if its turned off overnight the following day it will not lock. It seems that once the card is warmed up it works, but that can take an hour or more.

Sony G70 settings:
Input-B: HDTV-GBR
V SHIFT: NARROW
SYNC OSC: 1
SYNC SEL: EXT[HV]
CLAMP: OFF {not selectable?} manual says should be selectable with HDTV signal but its not.

What I have tried:
I tried several inputs Lumagen, Blu-ray direct input, Computer DVI input, all with same result (No Lock) Swapped cables also. Used different start up sequences (G70 Lumagen) (Lumagen G70) etc.

The IFB-HD card has Red and yellow light on (Green light only when I get it locked)
I have not tried the component inputs on the IFB-HD.

I believe I have tried all things to get this to work and unless you guy's can suggest something I think this maybe a faulty card. I emailed Moome 3 days ago but have not received a reply so far.

Suggestions?
