and i have a question for barco specialists..
i would like to know if i can mount an iris 2
on my barco 808 G??

Yes, that should not be a problem. Do you have one an iris 2 or are you thinking about buying one?

I am pretty sure that while you might be able to mount IRIS 2/3 on a non-S Barco the firmware will not support it. Put another way you could mount it but it won't work.

The autoconvergence system for Barco Graphics 808 (non s) is "iris 800".
Iris menu appear when firmware found Iris800 interface connected via serial cable.
IRIS 800 MANUAL
Is possible to install Iris2/3 autoconvergence system in BG808 but is necessary to install another firmware and some hardware modify.
