It all looks normal to me. It's not unusual for one or two of the R,G.B values to be way different than the others. The key is, they all seems to be below the thresh hold for inhibit.
At this point, it looks like the HVPS is your problem. It is shutting down on its own, without being triggered by the VIM or neck boards.

Thanks Mike,
I thought of that also and changed the HVPS over to the spare again.
So I changed the Blue VNB, and the original looks good, I was tempted to put it onto green, but replaced it rather than messing around further, I retested and found the same voltage levels, so put the original back in.
anyway, this is what I found.
R-over I = -0.537v Normal value < 2.5v
G-over I = -0.536v Normal value < 2.5v
B-over I = -0.032v Normal value < 2.5v
Scan fail = 0.122v Normal value < 0.5v
Band switch = 0.035v Normal value < 0.5v
EHT inhibit = 0.028v Normal value < 0.5v
Spotkill = 0.313v Normal value < 0.5v
G2 inhibit = 0.015v Normal value < 0.5v
At first turn on, the Spottkill voltage goes to about 8.3v, then down to the 0.313v, this is when the HVPS starts turning ON and OFF with the relay clicking.
I ran with red VNB connected only, 0.111v same reading for green and blue when only each was running.
I am still waiting for the HVPS to arrive, so once it does, I will report back.
I don't think that there is anything else I can do but go and watch my 37inch LCD tv,
instead of 98inch wide on the projector
Very Much Appreciate all the help and advice
Cheers
Steve

One last thing, Pull P14, increase contrast or whatever you would normally do to cause it to shutdown and see what happens.
Also, the clicking is what's really puzzling me...

Mike,
I pulled the P14 before turning the projector ON, but I don't get an image on the screen,
I can put the full white field on using the hash button, but I get no clicking or HV and no image.
or do you mean pull the P14 when it is running??
The clicking is from the LVPS, definately a relay,
Cheers
Steve

I have a video posted, so you can hear the relay clicking and see the video zooming back in,
When I turn the projector first ON,
there is No video signal,
then I put up the first Crosshatch, which then starts the clicking
Then the Pin pattern,
then the Grey Scale Pattern,
Then the Full White Field.
Cheers
Steve
Video takes a long time to load, not sure why, normally pretty good speed.

If no good then will post on You Tube.
Let me know if you have problems

Steve I had the same issues with my voltages on one VNB, negative numbers. I put in a different VNB and it solved the issue on the good VIM I had a bad vim that was doing what yours is doing (2003-3p old version type) that i sitll have not solved. So it might be a combination of VNB and Vim. My theory is that the a bad VNB also may be able to do some damage to the Vim, then you have a hell of a time trying to solve the issue unless you change all VNB's and a new Vim. try that.

Some feedback for you all on my issue,
HVPS fixed the problem.
Had the projector running all day yesterday with no issues.
The original HVPS was issue 1
The New one is an Issue 3.
Does anyone know the differences between them??
Thanks for all the help and advice
Cheers
Steve
