and it happened to me today. I'm on my first call of the day. It's a A/C service call, the woman of the house answers the door in her bathrobe. I speak to her for a couple of minutes about what might be the problem. I walk upstairs and notice that the air filter in the ceiling is dirty. I go out to my truck for a replacement and a step-stool so that I can reach it. I come back in and she's no where to be found. I replace the filter and as I was standing there fiddling with the thermostat to turn on the A/C, she comes out of the master bathroom with nothing on but the towel she was drying her hair with Thumbs Up A little scream and she ran away. Then she said from around the corner that at least I didn't have my glasses on. I excused my self to finish the job. Later, when she was leaving the house, She asked if she scared me. I said it would take more than that to startle me. She made a crack about me not wearing my glasses again and I assured her that they were only for reading and my distance vision was sharp as a tack Wink She was a good sport about it and I've been laughing my a$$ off all day. TGIF.

You know, the more I thing about it the more I think she planed it. She knew I was working in the house. My wife wouldn't take a shower with a stranger in the house with a dead-bolt on the door. This woman was walking around the second floor naked, knowing there was someone in the house. I think she just pretended to be startled. That's OK, works for me. Oh and yes, in case your interested, she does have big hooters Laughing

Curt, actually, it happens quite frequently in my line of work. Probably once every couple of years.

Curt's never seen it because those Home Theater Electronics guys are like rock stars and get all the chicks.

In a former life I was training to be a tradesman, and my teachers all said the same thing. Plumbers and electricians hereabouts I've befriended too... Must be a common Southeast New England ploy to lower the bill. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Way back in high school I used to do painting in the summer for one of the student painting outfits. It was all outside of the house painting so we'd be all over the house with ladders going up and down. It wasn't uncommon to put a ladder up to paint a 2nd or 3rd story window only to climb up and find someone in the shower or (worse yet) on the crapper. They all knew there was a bunch of guys outside painting all day but how quickly you forget.
