Perhaps I should have put this in his subject area, but I wanted everyone possible to know what he did for me.
A couple months ago I started having a problem with the handshake between my blu-ray players (two different manufacturers) and my Moome XG HDMI input card. He instructed me to ship it back to him.
Within a couple days of receiving the card, he checked it out. I then get an email stating that he's sending me a brand new one, AND that it would ship on Tueday. Now, I receive allot of vinyl lp's from Japan and the U.K. so I'm thinking "I'll start looking for Moome's package in about 10 days, and should get it in two weeks.
Just two DAYS later I have a slip in my mailbox stating my HDMI card is waiting at the post office!!! He shipped it two day!!
All this, and he didn't charge me anything!!!!
I just wanted to give thanks to Moome, and point out just how well he takes care of his customers.
