I've purchase a set of P16 LC tubes from Curt and the tubes are here now
A question for scheimpflug system, see this photo.
Green tube have four springs (understand?), two upper and two down.
Blue and red tubes have two down only.
Why?
I want to change glycol for all tubes because into green tube there is a little impurity in suspension.
Suggestions?
I hope that you understood
Thanks

I'm glad you did that.
Now you can use lenses designed for forward projection, as well as filtered for better colours.

Good looking adapters!
Is there going to be enough center focus adjustment range with adapters?

Good Question!
The base of the HD-18 lens needs to be on the same plane as the recess
in the original lens mounting plate that was on the Barco LC housing.
Looks like you will be about 5mm further out, and since the focus point
moves inward as the screen width increases - you will likely be limited
in screen width.
Your friend did a beautiful job on the machine work, no doubt - I love to see it!

I have a problem with electric focus
In according with service manual I have set at 57 focus of all tubes.
I do not succeed to having a good focus because I do not have more margin than movement in ahead.
Focus yokes are in contact with deflection yokes, I don't have more margin!
Suggestions?
Thanks

Usually electronic focus is needed to tweak after yokes mechanic adjustment.
Do you get good focus with electronic mid point adjustment?
If no, you might need to cut those deflection yoke plastic clamps off and use rtv to lock yokes to level. Two small blob between yoke and tube bell should be enough.

or cut the focus coils screw threads on the deflection coil side off, this way you still have one clam on the neck side of the tube to lok focus coil into place.
Also you might get better focus away from tube face so remove the cpc mags and move coll up and down tube face to find best location, if you can do this with no electronic focus connected first , then do it that way. Its how i find best static focus of the coil before any electronic focus is going through it.

I have done several of these conversions on BG808S - you should be able
to pull in perfect electronic focus. Look in the lens (with reduced contrast &
on an off angle) and have a look at the grid lines while ramping the focus
control. Also bear in mind you can't really make serious progress on focus
until astig (cpc magnets) is dialed in very accurately. Also - it is a lot easier
to work on focus (and astig) with external patterns, IMHO...
