Forgot one from Kinko's... I was never enough of a bastard to do this, but a friend of mine would switch the keycaps on the POS computers. He'd change the layout of the numeric keypad from computer to phone, so it would be inverted vertically. People would get charged $3.15 instead of $9.75 - or vice versa. Cashiers wouldn't notice because they were so used to the phone layout... Hours of fun.
