No, nothing like that! I want to compare the characteristics of the driver circuits and tubes between the two projectors. I have this delusion of solving the streaking problem on my two 1292's. It's a crying shame they suffer from that problem, but the focus and color rendering is sooo sweet.

Sorry, I didn't realize you couldn't post the data sheet here.

It's not tube related issue.

Doesn't sound very easy task.

I'd start bypassing AKB circuit. That's one place where black level is altered...
