Try changing U1, U2, U3. U4, D 101, D 110, D914, Q 427, R 124, and C 332, C 246, C 775 and Z 901.
Anything under a 200 watt gun or iron will do, try not to use acid core solder, but only if you can't find resin or silver core solder.

Hi all,
I realize this is an old thread, but my Vizio just experienced the same problem, and I got a lot of useful information from this thread.
This morning, I verified that the left-hand fuse on the Y-Sustain board was bad. My plan is to replace the fuse (so the TV will hopefully work for a few days) and then order a replacement Y-Sustain board. I have a few questions I was hoping someone could answer:
What speed fuse do I need to get? Do I want a fast acting one or a slow-blow fuse? The markings on the fuse are T4AH250VP. Or does it not matter?
My board had the black heatsink. The part # is 6871QYH053B. Does that meant hat I have a different problem, if I already have the later replacement board?
Thanks for any advice in advance,
Antun[/list]
