I'm trying to get the best performance from my H56 projector. Currently I'm running bluray 720p via component, the projector has DVI no HDCP. I was thinking of the MUX-HD but I read that this projector might have a problem with the DVI side as half the picture will shift over (might need firmware upgrade).
To play it safe the EXT-FULLHD might be the best way forward. This is a great DLP machine but is considered a 720p up to 1080i but I like the way 720 looks the best. If I output 1080 to the EXT will the projector show it via RGB? Will this improve picture quality at all or just improve DVD's as the player will now upconvert via HDMI? What does everyone think here or should I be happy with what I have. I just want a little more out of it. Thanks.
