one more quicky for you guys
the bare tube that came out of my hardware did not have the lead tape around it, on the Barco it is on the hardware, if the new bare tube comes fitted with the lead tape should I remove it?

The tape should be removed, it may prevent a good seal. The Lead around the housing will do the job.
