Any news on timing? Last word was January, 2009.

Surely there must be some indication of timing?

I think the EXT HD is shipping on the 22nd so he usually ships all his stuff around the same time, but Moome is know to be slow since its niche product. But its worth the wait, trust me. be patient young padawan.

Couple of weeks ago.

Yes. There are some left for pre-order. Once they're gone the order button will be taken down.

Once they're ready they'll be shipped within a day or two I'm told and shipping typically takes a week or so.

I haven't received an email from Moome, but should be on the waiting list for one of these. For those of you who have dealt with Moome in the past, is this normal? Will the product just appear out of thin air one of these days, or should I expect some communication?

Yup. Moome sends very little communication.

Moome said the modules will ship by the 23rd of Jan. It takes approximately 5 days from when shipped. Hopefully you'll see it around Wednesday Jan. 28.

So with the last message from kal stating moome was unavailable and wouldn't be shipping anything this week, did moome get to ship the hdmi cards last week or are we waiting for two more weeks?

Got mine, but the gamma on the card does not work and remote seems to do nothing? Is there something I have to change to turn on the gamma adjustability?

The metal backplate is also made incorrectly, so the card does not perfectly fit into the slot, too tall so it slightly overlaps the slot above (or below in my case on the ceiling).

put up a stair step pattern from a disc, My old cards were set with gamma at max(both of them) I used the screw to tun it to the lowest posistion(screw has no stop but i turned it about 10 times. then i used the remote to increase gamma while showing the pattern, then if you want more use the screw to fine tune it, turn it very little .
there is a guide line in the sony hdmi card section, its the same for the marquee.
