I'm assuming the light must always be lit? I noticed that the blue tube neck board is usually lit, but sometimes not lit...I also notice the odd issue with the blue tube in low light material. Is this a bad neck board or something else in the chain?

Adjust the G2 setting. Its a board in the back half of the projector.
1. Let the projector warm up for ~30min
2. Go into the service menu under g2 adjustment.
3. SLOWLY turn the pots until the neckboard led goes out.

Its has 3 small RGB pots

As far as I know and this is what I've been told, the led's should light up at start up and all three should turn off after a short while. If the led's are coming on and off during normal operation then g2 needs adjusting.

As stated,go into service mode/G2 adjustment, hit enter and then turn each pot on G2 board very gently until each led turns off, when all three are off g2 is done then you can exit menu.

The lights (green LED) will be off for normal operation is they have the G2 set properly.
