Finally, something that HD DVD had that I still love to this day...

Stop producing regular DVD's, only push out hybrid and it will be the only chance.

Isn't this the same thing as Digital Copy? In other words, a Blu-ray disk and a DVD disk is included in the same case? I can say that I hate flipper disks.

I hate flippers. I have one on the HD-DVD side and it is the only disc I have that doesn't play right.

Read the article better!

Not a flipper but BR and DVD on the same side of the disc!

I think digital copy has helped BR but you have to be fairly tech savy to figure out what to do with the digital copy movie...

Yeah, so what IS the story with the digital copy? What rez is it? And can you store it on say a PS3 for recall at any time?

D'oh no more speedreading articles for me Embarassed

I still don't like it though, it seems like it will just become another reason to jack up the price.

I would hope they would add it without additional costs like they did with the digital copy.

If BR were selling way better than they would be able to charge more but they are still too early in the take over so adding features is another way of getting buyers inside.

Once we are hooked and don't want to go back to DVD then they can add features AND increase cost.
