They are Custom tubes, with LUG style body's and Sony pinouts with high Resolution custom Guns that were used in a custom CRT Projector (triton 1080HD I think?) used for simulation at lockheed martin. They switched to Marquees. The PJ that used these also used LUG's and if need be, they just moved jumpers on the special designed neck card. I have a scematic that the guy sent me too. These also had a special Focus coil that weighed 5 pounds!!! I might ask if i can have the last one he has, he gave me the company that made them and said they still have all the tooling to make more, I doubt we can fit these in to any PJ. The guy who got them said a Marquee neck board should be able to be modified to use these and they are,ask CRT_BEN, he uses the same tubes. I moded one too I made an offer for the remaining 13 tubes after i bought 6 and Jarmo (1031) bought three.
So i will have plenty of tubes for my MArquee blend once its up!! I hope the chassis will last as long as my tube supply !!

Well let's see , there are three 8 inch Marquee LC tubes P18's in there i am going to sell with the housings no bellows, I needed the Bellows, those tubes are mint cost last year $450, there is one red LUG bran new form VDC with all magnetics minus focus coil cost $100, 6 used Thomas hybrid tubes one is the green in the housing for testing, just shipping costs $76 all are near mint except one red is a 6, then the 19 new Thomas tubes never installed all a perfect 10, 6 @ $ 600 and the last 13 @ $1000 plus about $304 for shipping all the new tubes plus 2 used ones Aferg threw in for me.
so lets see.....
31 tubes in all(some not in picture) for a grand total of 2150 no shipping and add $435 for shipping,
So $2585 in all over the last 8 months.
That comes to $83.39 per tube shipped

Hey Athanasios. I think you should take all them tubes and place them strategically through out a christmas tree and wire them up to display a raster. That would make one bad ass CRT'er's christmas tree..........

Wow! Thats really awesome. I'd say somebody was in the right place at the right time... and had absolutely no restraint whatsoever.
Your storage location is going to make movie watching a bit difficult, though.

I suppose next you'll try to convince us that a big fat guy in a funny red suit stuffed them down the flue pipe for nothing more than a couple of cookies and a glass of milk.
