I can't believe how quiet it is.

Hmmm I like a quiet box. Mine screams like a banshee. Then again there's 32 fans in the one beside me.

Since you mentioned you got these from Newegg, I have to ask... how were they packaged?

In my opinion, this is something that Newegg does really poorly. I.e., I typically order a couple drives at a time from them, and they wrap them in 1" bubble wrap (which is fine), but sandwiched together, with one thin (sometimes popped) layer between the 2 drives. I think this is just plain stupid. You've got 2 very massy drives slamming into each other all the way from CA to MI.

After RMA'ing my 3rd DOA drive from Newegg (after begging them to change their packing, to no avail), I got sick of it, and now place all my orders for single drives. When I recently bought 4 drives the same day, they all went in as separate orders, and were delivered in separate boxes (the same day as well). While on the one hand I hate doing this, for efficiency and environmental concerns, I hate having to waste my time with dead drives even more.

Since I changed my policy of ordering drives at Newegg, I've gotten 8 drives, and none were DOA. If I'd ordered them in batches, I could almost guarantee I'd have at least one to RMA. Every DOA drive I've gotten from Newegg was one of a pair of "clangers".
