Chances are the power supply (SMPS) is bad. I can repair that for you.

Hello Curt
I already checked the fuses on the SMPS they al seem oke.
The solder point looks fine !
Also checked the fuses on G2/diagnostic board none of the diag led are burning.
And checked the AC input board fuses are oke also, En EHT the fuses is oke
The red led on the EHT board isnt burning !
What will an new SMPS Board cost ? or the cost for repair ?

OK, re-reading, it could also be your controller board. That's rare, but possible. I'd send both of them in, as the controller boards are specific to the set. Post your city and country in your profile, but by your writing it sounds like you're in Europe. Testing/repairing and return shipping will be about $300 USD for the two boards. No charge to test a board if it checks OK, only the extra $25 for shipping it back.
Try this first though: On the wired keypad, there's a recessed button that is unmarked. Press that, then press '0,0,0' on the keypad. That will reset the CPU/controller board, and _might_ bring it back to life, but chances are that won't do anything. I still think the SMPS has failed, but such that the fuses are not blown.

On the front of the convergence board there is a small circuit board with the two RS 232 connectors on it that come out to the front of the projector. Inside there is a small yellow cable with about 9 wires connected. You can try disconnecting that connector and see if it will power up with the convergence board installed again.
Based on some of what you've said, I would also check that there are no buttons on the built-in or external remote controls as the Barco's have the problem of them sticking down in the hole.

Hello
I have done what you said pulled out the 9 wire cable ! the one that is going to the Ir and RS232
Inserted the convergence board again and now the barco starts agian !
What does this mean ? Which part is causing the Error now ?

You said you were having RCU and Error lights and the remote control talks through the front side of the projector here. There's another IR port on the back of the projector too. Put a piece of tape or piece of paper over the IR hole on the front of the projector to block external signals, hook the little board back up, and try again.
Might be something in your room irritating that front IR receiver like a flourescent light.

It still seems that you must have something in the room that is sending out a signal that is interfering with the front IR port. You should see what electrical, electronic, lighting, etc. sources are turned on next to your projector. Personally, I wouldn't want to lose the use of the front IR port since I still point my remote at the screen and bounce it back to the projector.
Edit - Oops, just saw your comment about the new TV.
