Of course the picture is too low. You're way down under. <groan>
What's happening is that the Sony is switching to a different memory location that isn't set up. ONce you converge that new setting, you'll be fine. Download hte manual from the main site if you don't have it, and follow the geometry and convergence instructions. Simple to do, but with a bit of a learning curve.
