Have an Electrohome Vistapro-Plus that will not light the bulb at times. Turning the unit on and off several times will eventually make it turn on. I get a code 27 DMD lamp has failed when this happens. The PJ is showing 2889 hours so no one has reset the bulb timer when the bulb has been changed. Is the bulb going out? Unit is still very,very bright.
Any help would be appreciated.
