Since my significant other said she won't go down to the basement theater room is in a spare bedroom. My basement has a combined washer/dryer - work bench room, an unused spare bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a main room with a Sony 960xbr 34 inch direct view (great CRT picture for when I want to just chill out and not fire up big screen) with a lousy sofa and some unused office furniture storage.

No basement. House is 2500 ft from the Chesapeake Bay. If you dig 2 feet down the bay comes to visit. Come to think of it, if a storm comes by, the bay comes to visit.

Or if it rains heavy, the bay comes to visit, or if the wind blows from the south, the bay comes to visit, or the moon is in full phase, the bay comes to visit.
