Anyone know if the internal line doubler/video circuits of the Runco DTV 852 will support PAL? SECAM?

I can't remember if Runco ever exported these units, or if the proprietary internal doubler is NTSC only.

I'll check the manual tonight, but let me know if anyone knows for sure.
