How can Amazon lay claim to a Blu-ray movie being a best seller when it hasn't even been released yet? To me, this whole idea behind pre-order doesn't really benefit the consumer, unless you count virtual sales numbers pumping up Amazon stock prices that a consumer may own.

The entire act invalidates the notion of a best seller in terms of inciting consumer confidence. Thumbs Down
