Hello all.

Can't tell you how excited I am to to have found this site! I have ordered the Eye-One display LT and downloaded the ColorHCFR and i1diagnostics software (already have the DVE test disc).

My question has to do with obtaining the remote codes to enter the service menu on my plasma.

I recently purchased an Insignia NS-PDP32-09 from BB. This is a 32" plasma the has been out about a month. The panel is made by LG (as what it seems is most if not all of the internals......saw an LG sticker looking through the vent holes). The set was assembled in Mexico (if that helps). This set only has basic picture adjustments with a gamma setting thrown in. I have the set looking as good as it can with the DVE disc but it has a green push with the color setting in warm and the usual blueish color added to the whites on normal or cool settings. It cries out for calibration!! I really think that once done it will look fantastic. BTW, I have been into service modes on other displays over the years (mostly for color and geometry settings) and know enough not to mess with settings that I am not sure of what they will do.

I have tried Insignia and Best Buy customer service and support to try and obtain a service manual but have gotten the royal run around from both. I have tried codes posted at the AVS forum and other sites but none seem to work.

Can anyone here help me?

Thank you!
