Try doing 1080p48 from the VP30 or go back to 1080i72. is this for DVD source or Blu ray? If DVD I use 960p. Also I think you should try to lessen the bandwidth
your using by having the PJ scan only the area of the image not the black bars above and under the movie when it is a 2.35 or 2.40 aspect ratio. You set the scaler to 800p for 2.35 movies with Blu ray so you can go to a higher scan rate like 72hz by freeing up the unused bandwith that was used to scale the black bars above and bellow the picture.

I tyed 1080i 72 but have vissible lines, in 1080p 50 or 60 is ok! a friend with HTPC and same PJ, dont like the picture! find artifacts and flickering!!! i see only the big letter in the begining of a movie to moning, with SDI is ok!
Think to get a player with SDI output, 600$ from a friend, that stabilize the picture.

What is your signal path with equipment listed. Like mine is LG Bh100 1080p24>Lumagen HDQ 1080p48>marquee with Moome card.

I don't have tryed BD yet, my setup is PIONEER DVR-550H with HDMI output 576i, to DVDO VP30 1080p 60Hz, to CRT SONY G70 with HD-FURY!!

My friends, i fix it all, the artifacts and the flickering, how? the ERROR IS FROM THE DVDO VP30 my mashine don have the ABT 102 card, sow i give to him from PIONEER 550 signal 576i, that is mistake, now i give 1080i to the DVDO and the DVDO give 1080p 60Hz to SONY G70! and everything is ok! wonderful stable picture!!!!!!
