OK, does anyone else notice that the G70 sometimes syncs to a horizontal freq. of something less than 60.0 even when the input device is outputting 60.0? For example, my G70VR will sync to 59.7 with the PS3 or Xbox 360, but this is only 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time, the VR syncs at 60.0.
This doesn't seem like a big deal, but it requires copying the exact memory settings to 2 different memory banks as the PJ is set to Auto select the correct memory bank. Changing Freq. Sensitivity does not make a difference. It still randomly syncs to 1 of the 2 memory banks (60.0 or 59.7). In addition, even with the EXACT same memory settings, 59.7 looks slighter better! This is puzzling to me.
My buddy hooked up his high end pattern generator and set it to output a 1080p pattern at 60.0, but the G70VR would randomly sync to 59.7 or 60.0! I was going to get a scaler and set it to 60.0 permanently but since the pattern generator was sending 60.0 and the PJ still would not always sync at 60.0, I'm reluctant to drop the $$$ on a scaler. Feedback greatly appreciated!

Never seen that before, but I feed the G70 directly from a VP, and use my control system to manually recall each individual memory block for the various output frequencies sent by the VP. The pattern generator should be even more accurate.
