Hi folks,

sorry if I bother you with my problems but I do not know what to do with my 9500 LC. I am experiencing an unsharp picture.
Let me explain in detail:
The lines of the internal test pattern are just fine and very focussed at any frequency but if I attach a source (XBOX360, PS3, PC / RGBHV) and I generate test patterns on the PC or with a SONY Blu-Ray the lines become very unsharp and thick. Consequently no "HD-Feeling" comes up. That does not depend on the resolution, I tried from 720p up to 1080i and 1080p. I already have checked the CRT setup, settings, ASTIG and so on several times without any result. COntrast and Brightness are moderate (45/65) so I assume it is not blooming.

I'd appreciate any tips from you to solve my problem over here, maybe some boards are bad but I am not experienced enough to identify hardware errors.

Please forgive my english, I'm a german fellow Smile

The obvious first thought would be that the static focus is off for the memory being recalled when you connect the source. Have you entered the Service Menu and adjusted RGB focus when you feed the input?

You should do focusing and astig with a live source turned on, and with the contrast high, at say 90. That should really do it.
