Nope - haven't got any.
Haven't spent half a year getting convergence/geometry/astig right.
Hung it on the ceiling, fed it blu-ray, enjoyed...
And the hour clock is showing 1203 hours (and ticking...)

How many times have you calibrated it in those 1203 hours? I would imagine out of the box wouldn't produce the best color rendition, not once the lamp started aging. Not saying that calibrating is a negative thing (CRTers do it also), but I am curious about your situation.

two calibrations so far - each with a change of location. its due now - as its just been installed in a new dedicated theater...
the bulb hasn't visibly changed brightness as yet...
waiting on the blu-ray dve to tweak it

The lamp's output hasn't change in 1200 hours based on your perception, or based on your measurements?

Because of the way the eye works, it is tough to see the changes in brightness. But, it has dimmed and changed color in the 1200 hours. It is just very hard to see it. With 1200 hours on it now though, it should be fairly stable until its end of life.

Huh? I don't get it. No he hasn't. He's just stating the facts.
You don't have to SEE a set of tires with 50,000 miles on them in person to know that they're going to be more worn than a set of new ones.
The way digital bulbs dim and change over time is a well known phenomenon. It's impossible for anything else to happen.

No sure why you want to be a f*cking *******, but OK.
Guess what? I can also tell him the rate at which objects fall in New Zealand all the way from TX! Does that f*cking amaze you also?!?!? It should not if you have the most basic grasp of physics. So, unless his bulb lives in another dimension where the laws of physics are suspended, his bulb has to change color temp and output. It is a xenon lamp so it does it more slowly than a UHP, but even Xenons have measurable changes by 1000 hours. So, yes, I can reliably predict that all the way from TX that his 1200 hour bulb has changed color temp and output. Perhaps you should go back and attempt to master high school science--it really is pretty cool.

I'm sure he's happy, but that doesn't mean the bulb/colour isn't changing. To say it isn't changing is simply incorrect.
This is not a knock at networkjohn (as he's in a different league), but most people are perfectly happy with their 27" TVs, DVD, and regular cable TV too. Does this mean that we should not bother with anything bigger or higher resolution HD?

guys - i'm sure the bulb has changed, but it hasn't been noticeable. the time that i have run a calibration (from sd-dve) i haven't had to change anything - other than to move off my current settings only to move it back.
my understandings of xenons are they change brightness characteristics FAR more than color-temperature in their lifespan, and it should have been at half brightness by 200 hours or thereabouts.
as i don't have a light meter, all i have is my eye.
and dave is right, hd-dvd is falling at exactly the same rate in nz as it is in texas

Yeah, but I didn't ask about color-shiftiness. I asked about the light output. And I am not asking with a negative agenda in mind (knocking the Ruby), but genuinely curious as to how much of the original ANSI lumens have gone.

Wanman - this is its image, on a very dark wall, taken about a week ago. With its iris closed down. Still heaps of brightness - the wall color is judge grey, and has a 11% reflectivity rating, so in effect a gain of .11

just took these, flash on and off, underworld evolution, on the screen (1.5 gain)
you'll have to excuse the framing of the shots, but as i don't have a tripod, one of our surrounds did that duty...
