I have just received RGB Output Boards from a Barco 801 to put in my Barco 1100. I have now installed all 3 and turned on the set. The red and blue were brighter with the old Output boards in fact the G2 control with these new Output boards has to be turned way up on the red and blue just to get an image and at max setting you can just see the raster. The green is OK. Is that supposed to be and why would there be a such a difference between these and the old Output boards?

Also

This is the first time that I have really had a look at setting up the set and when I look at the raster adjustments the blue is too high and and runs out of adjustment before it can be made low enough it appears that the very top of the blue raster is not on the tube face even when the adjustment is lowered to its maximum. This shows up when you try to align the image and the blue crosshair is too high. The red and green line up OK although the top of all 3 rasters appear curved down in the centre. I should add that Curt sold me and I have installed a Horrizontal output board from a barco graphics 800 and I have not yet adjusted the horrizontal size.

Solved the dull red and blue problem. When I switched on the set last evening the green was weired. It looked like the raster was showing but dull and I could not adjust g2 to get rid of it so I swapped the RGB Output board for one of the originals and that cleared the problem but it also fixed the dull red and blue as well.

I still have no idea about the raster position problem on blue though or the fact that the raster on all tubes has a curve to its edges.
