From what I have seen you would start with the 8022 in place & then sub in the TVOne units.

There is a world of difference in terms user frindliness as applied to set-up. It would be interesting to see which is the better performer.

Damn it! Now I might have to try to get off that weekend too just to try that out. Very Happy

I put it in my not ready system and tried to output to my one PJ 1080p@72 and it shows up on the PJ * menu no problem.

Posted: Fri Jul 18, 2008 6:31 pm    Post subject: The Great 2008 Blend Shootout

I thought I would update my own list of potential attendees, as so much has happened since this morning.

It is:

The Great Don Wallace
The Legendary Mike Parker
The Ever Captivating Clarence (That's a reference to his photography skills, especially in firelight)
His Lordship Mr. Emdawqz1
His Lordship's Current Avatar (She really is into Blended CRTs)
The One and Only Cliffster
DropZone7
CRT Ben (and hopefully Cheryl)
The Host
His Hottie Wife
Scott (Adrian Kelly)?

Where's the rest of the Chicago crowd? Its an unwritten HT Extravaganza rule that the size of the Chicago crowd attending the Virginia portion of the Meet has to be at least equal to the size of the Virginia crowd attending the Chicago portion of the Meet. Right now the Virginia crowd attending the Chicago Meet = 5 (Me, Clarence, Don, John (he's close enough to Va, he counts) and John's current Avatar). The Chicago crowd attending the Virginia Meet =1 (Cliffy). What's up with that?

Gino?

Anthansios?

NomadII?

Don Kellog?

Curt Palme?

Tim Martin?

JBJR?

Mark Haflich?

Am I missing anyone?

The Host

Cliff, I feel your pain. 2 of my neck boards are dead so I'm back to the waiting game after being so close.

I had a beautiful blended image for 2 hours, the best I've seen... what a tease.

No clue. It's shutting down with an error code. I'm not even looking at it tonight. I'm so damn tired from working so many hours, I don't even give a sh*t.

Luckilly, I have the loaner to fall back on but I know that Arli wont be happy. Sad

The only thing on my mind tonight is spending some wonderful and quality time with my WIFE!!!!!!!! Twisted Evil

I suppose, I'll have to do the LUG mods first.
