Back from MEET, Great time.
This thing at Cliff's is like a reunion. Bunch of great people getting together, eating BBQ, Drinking, Bull sh*ting. It gets better everytime I go.
As always the picture is about as good as you'll ever see. And the audio has stepped up to match the picture.
Awesome Cliff.
Can't wait to get together next. I'll have to get your family down to my place before the end of summer.

By the way, the lady next door was pacing outside the windows all afternoon. I wonder why she has a For-Sale sign in her window. Maybe she has a Richter scale....cause Cliff's house was shaking.

I second that, I should have allowed more time... I had to get back home for a family thing. Thanks for a great time Cliff, hope to do it again sometime!

Beyond the best image this is the second time I've come up here and once again I am totally floored by the image. And wow the sound don't die in there cause the system will kickstart yours(built in defibrillator)

I measured the on/off contrast performance last night of my Green Tubes. Here are before and after measurements at 0IRE and 100IRE directly measured from the tube face.
After doing the math, my on off contrast on green (the most light from the PJ's) is:
935,483 to one.
The ANSI contrast rating of the stack is:
80 to one.

Just got back to My restaurant from the meet, its still up and did not Burn down ! And no one Quit!! so all is good.
Once Again just a great meet and a learning experience ,for all the guys each had something to share.
I still cant believe Cliffs subs!! When outside on his patio you could see the glass shaking at each rumbel the subs made, and they were tight
with no muddyness some times subs get. I am sure if i touched his Brick walls of his house you could feel the base, Just simply amazing. If you need a system to model what your's should come close to, this is it so far for me, sight , sound and layout.
Very nice very nice.
It was also nice to see how much Cliff loves his system, from him nudging me after an eye popping scene or on off contrast scene to get my approval,or him walking in after a loud audio rumble and his Yelling "Are you F%$%ING Kidding me!" "Waht was That!" LOL Classic Cliff.
Cant wait to hang again Big dog.
