Is there such a thing as a ten foot DB15 to Port 3 cable, or do I have to make my own?

I have a cable that goes from db15 to db9, it came with an old multisync monitor that I had years ago. don't know if the pinout would be the same, but it might be what you need.

Don't know any "standard" cable made with the correct pin out. You need to make your own, or Terry makes nice ones out of Belden minicoax.
I used to have one but loaned it out and never got it back.
