Anyone who bought right hand twisted speaker wire of any sort got a major porking. Any audiophile (or should I say audiopile) worth his weight in bull$hit should know that as all this twisting and raising is way out there in left field, and that it only makes sense to use left hand twisted wire Laughing

I'm with you. Genocide in Darfur, cyclone victims who can't get help in Myanmar, people dying every day in the middle east in a bull**** war, but the most important thing in the world is a pissing contest between people about something as incredibly trivial and unimportant as A/V equipment! Amazing.

I agree, but there is not much a bunch of CRT projector nuts can do about any of those issues. Ragging on Peter is sort of fun and perhaps get him to tone down some of the crap he comes up with.

I noticed the “A” site removed Curt’s post regarding cleaning the projector windows and his drywall dust comment. That kind of censorship rubs me the wrong way.

Ah, I was trying to get Peter to blow up at me. He already did once when I asked him to post a pix of the back of the rack. I figured it would get pulled..Wink

Probably so.

I saw an ad for the lens cleaner cloth he spoke about. It was there with the "clothes hanger speaker wires, and dvd re-winder" somebody sold me on. I bought all this sh*t, and now I find out I need and ISF certified person to set them up. Embarassed

Where's "raster" when you need him? geez..................... Rolling Eyes

If you like we can dispatch a calibrator from our West Korean office to hook up your clothes hanger speaker wire and DVD rewinder.

Please to tell us, did you purchase the left hand or right handed twist clothes hangers?

Ok, I am not sure I trust you guys.

Last time you sent someone over, they found out I was in the telecommunications industry. Ended up selling me a "can of dial tone", a "cable stretcher", and to top it off, when your team found out I kept buying wood to short, they sold me a "lumber stretcher".

Man! I am still trying to get a 2x4x8 to look like a 2x4x10! And, that 10' HDMI cable to look like a 25' HDMI cable!

I am having problems figuring out the instructions...... And your customer service sucks!

AH SO! I wondered why the guy also told me after I used the cable stretcher that I might need to changes my fonts to smaller size. He said the smaller size would fit thru the ssttrreettcchheedd wires better.

Ok, now I know that this guy is gullible as hell. He must talk to any REP and take whatever they say as gospel. Hasn't he heard of facts and research?!

[/peter]This will keep the dust off my lense and increase my contrast ratio?! I should start installing these! [/end peter]

I have no problem talking about A/V equipment and debating it and having fun with the hobby. Its a fun diversion.

It is the things like the childish pissing contests and the people that need to have the big dick on the forum to somehow justify their self worth as a human being. I just read one of those Art, "look at my big dick" posts at AVS, where he says, "hey, I'm super cool, I have insider information, but I'm not going to tell you, nah, nah, nah, nah"
