I'm trying to figure out exactly what this Moome IFB-HD V1.32 card in that I have. I posted something in the Moome section but no response http://www.curtpalme.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=114062#114062
What I am trying to understand is how is it that this version 1.32 has a hole for the IR on the back plate but no IR pickup. It also doesn't have the gamma adjustment screw on the back plate but does have the gamma daughter board. Is this one of the unit that didn't have gamma adjustment? Can it be added?? How about the IR, can I add that??
In fact it looks like the first picture in this thread https://www.curtpalme.com/forum_archived/viewtopic.php@t=5516.html

Any help, link to manuals, etc appreciated.

Here is the documentation for that version of the board:

I have one from the same era which was right before the adjustable gamma version as available. I think there was a period of time where you could get the one you have with no adjustment, and pay extra for the one with IR that you could adjust. So I think he was using the same faceplate that had the hole for the ir but not the guts.

You can remove the gamma daughter board and cap off the jumpers specified in the manual to disable it. But as far as I know thats the only option. You either have the daughter board installed in which case it is doing the gamma with no available adjustments or you remove the daughter board and run with no gamma boost.

Thanks Kris, that's what I needed to know.
The adjustable gamma looks to be a multi turn pot. Anyone know what the specs are and if I could add that to this board??
