I'm helping a friend trying to retube a seleco svd900+ and he say from directly reading the tubes that they are 07MTP2.....I can not find a reference to those specific sony tubes anywhere.
Has anyone heard of these....is there substitutable tubes?
or is he somehow misreading them?

Thanks

Newer heard of that type tubes or Seleco.

If it's EM focus projector, maybe those are Sony 07MFP2 tubes. Check if that projector have focus yokes.

BG808s/BG1208s use these tubes, very hard to find used in good condition and not rebuildable like all Sony tubes.
I think new aren't available anymore.

Just modded my BG808s to use Marquee tubes for that reason.

Thanks Ile,

I was able to confirm via curt and sergio that this is the actual tube (sergio in Finland has one and took a picture of the label to confirm) Curt thinks it was a limited production run tube.
I'm now wondering how to find out if anything is modifiable to work if I replaced all 3(RGB)......Maybe I can contact sony to see if there is a close (workable)match

Thanks for your help
