Can i take just normal black silicone, or does it has to be special one ?

From pg 8 of "fungus removal" instructions, in curtpalme.com
We now use silicone sealant to re-attach the front glass plate.
You have various choices for the type of sealant to use here. Many have used aquarium sealer with lots of success, others have had equal success with generic 25-35 year high heat high grade black silicone such as GE 100% silicone caulk rated for high temperatures (400 degrees).

A big part of a successful tube installlation is a long curing time. VDC take 8 days I think. I tried 24 hours, and every tube leaked. I now do a week curing with black silicone, and full the chambers with water, as I wasted about a liter of glycol before lengthening the cure times. I'm about to check a 1209s that I've had curing since last MOnday.
