9PG HV instability ?

My 9PG is starting to develope some very uncool problems
but for simplicity of the thread i'll just keep to one now.

It looks very much like HighVoltage instability, with a 1/3 white, 1/3 black, 1/3 white field (HV Test) the white breaks out wider at left/right.
Anyone every seen that happen on the Nec ?

What am i looking at here ? replacing cap's from the HV-PCB ? (i didn't have these problems, they just started to appear some time ago)
