Description:	The seating consists of two rows of three Jaymar leather recliners. Stairs to the left lead back upstairs. The bar with beer taps can be seen on the left side. A Lutron Spacer IR light switch at the bottom of the stairs (not shown) turns on enough potlights to walk around between the HT equipment rack, bar, washroom, and seating area. This IR controlled light switch is also control by a Pronto remote control via a Xantech IR repeater system. Best $120 I ever spent!

Just looks absolutely stunning. Ranks in my personal favourite 'best gallery of home cinema' I've seen on the Internet. Truly awesome. I'd probably just stand there in awe for an hour if I walked into a room like this. Bravo.
