Honestly, don't. These NECs are so full of leaking capacitors that you'll spend the money on this board, but will quickly have others that fail. I stopped working on NEC sets completely about 5 years ago due to these leaking capacitor issues. Find yourself a BArco or a MArquee, that's money far better spent at this point.

hi curt, thank you for the message. Smile so far I have relatively few problems for this is the picture very good. Thank you, however, for pointing out. Is it a quality problem of the Elkos or a general heat problem ? The NEC will be very hot, I think they will dry out quickly, but that the licking is of course a disaster. how to recognize this in time ? which boards are frequently (first) affected ? If it's mainly due to the heat, I can reduce it. Now stands on the floor, heat gets away better. In addition, a 2nd heat sink on the deflection board and 2 extra fans. But if you had a tip, which are the cause first and if quality or heat are the cause, I would be very happy to receive a message Smile

The biggest problem is that the electrolyte oozes onto the boards, and then eats away the tiny traces. Heat and age are the issues. I had two customers in a row that sent boards to me for repair about 6 years ago, I repaired them and within a month both sets died again due to other issues. Then my test chassis failed multiple times, and I gave up on them. I threw out 100s of lbs of NEC PG parts as no one wanted them.
