I'm no longer much of a skier but I'm still looking forward to this one:

Should look pretty amazing in HD on a big screen. Check out the trailer for some absolutely INSANE skiing.

Comes out March 18th.

More info at the Amazon pre-order page.

Wow, that looks awesome. That stuff just blows my mind.

I'll be downloading that trailer to throw on the PS3 and watch in the HT for sure.

Oooh, I Am Legend comes out March 18. There's two BD's I'll be buying.

Pretty cool huh? Hopefully the filming will be done to high quality standards. Some of the helicopter filming I'm sure will be fine, but the on-skis stuff may not be that great. I'll wait for a review. Fingers crossed.

Please post back here what you find. I'm a skier and this looks great.

There's a producer, Warren Miller, who is the father of this genre. This last "flim" of his I saw was a BAD digital projection. It ruined it. Now HD in my own HT, AAAAA!!!!

Yep, I remember going to Warren Miller movie/documentary showings back when I was in my teens. They were put on by a local ski shop here in town. Likely because they knew the next day a mob of people would be in the shop to buy more skiing stuff. Smile
