New to the CRT world and just got hold of three BG 1208 projectors. All the tubes have burn in but one. Suggestions please?

Welcome,
Do you mean two of the machines have burned tubes, or all of the projectors have two burned tubes.
I would keep the one with the best tubes and sell or part out the other two to finance better tubes for the one you are keeping.
Do you have any pictures?

All three have burn in but for one tube and only one displays. One powers up in standby and the other not at all. The one that works has 12000 hours and is in rear table configuration.

Was told couple different stories. Haven't tried a picture yet but if it wasn't for the burn the tubes look good. Trying to understand manual enough to change picture from rear to front.
