What advantage do you expect from the newer card? I also have a Moome DVI card in my XG, but haven't even tried yet, and don't know anything about its performance, but I plan to use it in the near future...

I don't know if the DVI card will work with the latest Oppo BDP103 player. I think its the first gen of the Moome card.
Some say the first revision of the DVI card are not HDCP compliant. I am going to set it all up on a coffee table and sort everything out before I mount it on the ceiling. Once mounted it will be hard to replace the card as it will be close to the back wall. I will post back how it works.

I also did some search. I have the PWC-M2005A+ board, which looks exactly like this one. Now, Moome says here it is better than a HDFury (I guess he meant it for HDF 1 to be exact). Yonexsp says here that this boards is stripping HDCP nicely.

Hi Guys,
I fired up the XG and connected the oppo BDP103 to the DVI input of the Moome card. Lots of problems. Intermittent vertical and horizontal sync and no Blue. Move the cord and the problems would come and go. I removed the card and inspected it under a microscope. Every pin on the large back connector had cracked solder joints. I reflowed all the pins and refitted. All working well now. No problem with HDCP.
Greg.
