Low ISO (if adjustable). Program mode. No flash. Tripod is absolute must, preferably with self-timer so you're not jarring the camera to take the photo.
If you're into cameras, you can also use aperture priority mode, and set the lens at its sharpest point, usually around f8 or f11, though that will increase exposure times significantly.

That's about what I do as well, and I think could be a good starting point and reference for anyone also wanting to do screenshots.

Tonight I'll start my calibration, and will remove the cheap Sony Blu Ray from my setup.
I think I finally got this ready for setup after more than 6 years and nearing ready to put the covers back on.
May take by the weekend before it's fully ready, but It's time now to pull the covers off of it..

It's gonna take me a few days to finish this baby up. Got all the right things in it now, and started on the color balance so far.
Will start working on the focus and convergence tomorrow and get back to the meter, because it needs some attention.
By this coming weekend, I should have things where I want them.

Still need to do focus and convergence, that will happen this weekend for sure, then we'll show the real virtue of the LUG tubes when operating at their best

These are after the last of my video chain changes, so as we move away from the video chain, we still have focus and convergence to address. I think i'll leave them as is until I change out the glycol
All shots are RAW... no sharpening, enhancements to either images, camera or video chain.
