Hi,

This may be a easy onw to answer but I need to get it right as a recent thread requires 20+ PM to go out in one go (each time!)

I tried to add additional names in the send to box, I used the find user box - That DELETES the last name and just adds the new name in....instead of adding to the list.

Can I send to multiple people?

Do I just put a space between or a ; If I hit enter after the first name then nothing happens.......

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Andy H.

Don't think you can Andy. In fact I don't think you can on most forum software as it goes against the idea of what PM's are for.

The outbox/sentbox (read receipts) idea employed by most forums would not work if you were able to send one PM to multiple recipients.

Why would you have to send 20 PM's mutiple times based on a thread? Just post whatever you want to say in that thread... am I missing something?

Kal

Thanks,

Usually this would be fine.....

In this case yes you are missing something but this would never normally happen.

Check out the P19 thread.....

There is some info that should not be in public view

Normally yes your right this would be fine...

Im just gonna check out some other sites, maybe its my Mod status that allow me to Pm more than one person.

Andy,

Whenever powerbuys or something like that come about on any forum I've ever frequented, the listings have to go out via email no PM. Get everyone to post their emails and go about it that route as it's definitely the easiest.
