Say Deron
Ground? Air? CONUS? Only established and inspected commercial businesses are permitted large air shipments, they want to know it isn't a crate full of bombs. I have had good rates and good results with Pilot.

Uship.com
Get a quote. Might be very reasonable if its a make up load and you're not too far off the the regular major hub routes. Probably safest to have it strapped down on a pallet ahead of time.
I've used Uship.com carriers to ship cars, furniture, direct view CRT tv's and audio speakers.
