Looks like something off a digital projector, definitely not a CRT. From the writing, it looks to be an old projector, probably 15-20 years old, but finding out a model number? Good luck, I don't think you'll have any success with that, as there were so many.

I’m not even sure it’s from a digital as it seems large, doesn’t have enough elements, not to mention that they tend to not be removable. Why do you want to know what it’s from? Just curious.

That's looks like a single element camera lens or filter. that's most likely from an older model commercial camera. Projector lens use multiple elements and are longer throw

I thought it looked like a camera lens too. Most camera lenses are multi-element, but maybe an older one...?
