I have a Epson projector that all of the sudden it takes a blu-ray signal, the picture is fuzzy and almost like it has noise. But switch it over to a direct tv line, and it looks just fine.

Try turning off 24 fps. Maybe your Epson doens't like it.

Then try a different HDMI cable.
